  • Junior counsel for the defendant in an application under the Property Law Act 2007 to discharge land covenants ([2022] NZHC 1751, [2023] NZCA 173).

  • Junior counsel for Manawatū-Whanganui Regional Council (as intervenor) on judicial review proceedings ([2022] NZHC 883, [2023] NZCA 641).
