Employment Advisory - Provides strategic practical employment advice to a range of commercial clients, some with more than 1000 Employees nationwide, including successfully managing large scale restructures.
Company Formation - Has worked with a number of start-ups and new business ventures, including advising on commercial structure and preparing all required documentation including shareholders agreement, lease documents, HR/employment documents, and more.
Share transfers and issues - Provides advice and manages transactions for share transfers and issues for a range of clients.
